Sparkloft Media, a Portland, Oregon-based social media marketing company, has introduced a way to increase the social media buzz surrounding your upcoming meeting, event, conference or trade show. Eleventes is a suite of social media services designed to boost attendance, engage attendees, maximize membership and enhance sponsorship.

“Event planners are tasked with integrating social media into all aspects of their programs,” says Martin Stoll, Sparkloft Media president and CEO. “With the online landscape in constant flux, it can be difficult to stay up to date and leverage tools effectively.” Eleventes can be tailored to the specific needs of each client, helping them to pro-mote, engage and track event participation. Eleventes recently helped Oregon Housing Authorities meeting planners promote a “healthy living through policy change” conference at the Portland Hilton. Months before the meeting, social media gurus created a presence on Facebook and Twitter to engage attendees and speakers, and reached out to bloggers interested in the subject.

At the event, Eleventes manned how-to booths to help attendees become acquainted with tweeting and hashtags. A video wall displayed real-time Twitter and Instagram posts made by attendees and those following the conference on social media. At the conclusion of the conference, Eleventes crews provided meeting planners with a report that highlighted the most-tweeted topics, most-shared photos and most-prolific commenters.

Eleventes customers can choose from a number of service packages: Attendance Booster, Attendee Engager, Membership Maximizer and Sponsor Enhancer.

Formerly the Lake Grill, the new restaurant, The Cutwater, offers a locally inspired menu, including its famous huckleberry pancakes made with huckleberries foraged from local mountains and the Huckletini, a cocktail creation of vodka, Cointreau and local huckleberries.
