Two pinches of fresh mint
1 oz huckleberries soaked in simple syrup
1.5 oz 44 North Huckleberry Vodka
¾ oz fresh lime juice
3 oz soda water
In a pint glass, muddle mint, huckleberries, simple syrup and three ice cubes.
Add vodka, lime juice, soda water and more ice.
Pour into shaker and shake twice.
Add a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
