By M+E Staff

The winner of the 2014 Hermes Creative Award went to CIRI Alaska Tourism in the “Website Overall/Business to Consumer” category. The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition among creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media.

Leading up to the awards, CIRI Alaska Tourism launched multiple redesigned websites for Kenai Fjords Tours, Sweard Windsong Lodge, Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge and Kenai Fjords Wilderness Lodge. Each site included an innovative and interactive design platform to allow its customers to plan Alaskan adventures by desktop, tablet or smartphone.

Winners of the 2014 Hermes Awards were selected from 195 different categories ranging from advertising, publications and branding, to electronic media and pro bono work.  Each of the 5,500 entries from Fortune 50 companies to independent free lancers were judged at random to recognize and distinguish the creativity, talent and devotion of marketing and communication professionals.
