The dual-branded Aloft and Element Hotel Development in Redmond, Wash., was declared open by Minneapolis-based CSM Corporation. The two hotels are located near the Microsoft Corporation's world headquarters as well as Google, Nintendo, Boeing and Expedia. The hotels share one building and multiple amenities.

The building that the two brands share offers 7,600 square feet of event space and seven meeting rooms. There is a saline pool and a large fitness center. The Aloft Seattle Redmond offers 150 guest rooms, while the Element Seattle Redmond has 131 guest rooms. The spaces were designed to be comfortable, stylish, sustainable and tech-forward.

Element Hotels are designed for travelers passionate about the planet and well-being. The Element brand is stylish and sustainable, focusing on natural light in their 18 worldwide locations. Aloft Hotels offers a tech-forward and vibrant experience that offers something fresh compared to the traditional hotel experience.

“CSM Corporation is proud to deliver hotels that are equally stylish and technically advanced for a tech-forward community like Redmond,” says Steve Schlundt, CSM’s president of lodging and residential. “Guests from around the world will enjoy all the space and amenities that will allow them to be comfortable and in control whether they’re working or relaxing."

Comfortable, familiar, and adorned with the color tones and tapestries of Peru, Portland’s Andina restaurant, housed in a historic onetime abattoir and warehouse in the city’s Pearl District, serves up modern Peruvian cuisine.

Built in the vision of streamline modernism and art deco in 1941, the Vogue Theatre has become a hotspot in the heart of Vancouver’s entertainment district—a region known for its progressive hospitality and historic charm. “It’s a national registered historic site in Canada,” says Matt Friesen, general manager of the theater. While it is primarily a concert venue hosting artists such as Steve Lacy and Steve Earle & The Dukes, the Vogue’s nearly 10,000 square feet of space and mission to offer the utmost friendly customer service makes it a perfect venue for your next event.

WeVenture, a national tour operating company, has expanded its offerings to include four Seattle tours that immerse visitors in the city’s vibrant cultural scene. The company, which launched nationally earlier this year, has tours in 10 other U.S. cities including New York City, Miami, Denver, New Orleans, and Los Angeles. The Seattle tours can be an easy and fun add-on to any event in the Emerald City.
