If you’re looking for a sweet way to thank a coffee-loving colleague, client, or supplier, may we suggest the new Glazed Donut Collection that Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co. has introduced in collaboration with the Doug the Pug Foundation. Featuring the Glazed Donut Blend, a medium-dark roast with notes of toasted vanilla, caramel, sugar cane and milk chocolate that evoke the taste and aroma of a freshly baked donut, the collection also includes squeaky toys, stickers and a travel tumbler, all with custom artwork of Doug. The most famous pug on social media, Doug has more than 13 million followers.

In keeping with Grounds & Hounds’ mission of “changing the world one cup and one pup at a time,” 15% of all sales from the Glazed Donut collection will be used to fund the training and placement of therapeutic dogs at pediatric cancer treatment centers. “We worked hand in hand with Doug’s parents, Rob & Leslie, to create our brand-new Glazed Donut Blend which we’re confident Doug would love…if he actually drank coffee,” says Grounds & Hounds founder Jordan Karcher. “Through this partnership, we are able to help better the lives of both kids and pups in need - which is a win/win for everyone involved.”

To promote this collaboration, Doug paw-ticipated in a glam photo shoot. Please forgive that awful pun and enjoy these photos that show the many sides of the celebrated pug.

Because many of our colleagues are caffeinated enough during these stressful months, why not gift them a gentler, kinder holiday beverage? The Warming Joy 2021 holiday collections from Tea Forté, a company offering handcrafted luxury tea blends that are served at some of the  finest hotels across the country and sold at retailers like Paddington Station in Ashland, OR, and Knack in Seattle, features a combination of black, green and herbal teas. The gift sets include seasonal favorites like raspberry ganache, sweet orange spice, cherry marzipan, harvest apple spice and winter chai.
