• InnSight Hotel Management Group Adding Two New Executive Level Positions

InnSight Hotel Management Group has recently added two new executive positions due to expected growth in 2016 and 2017. Both a vice president of operations and a vice president of sales and marketing have been chosen and started last month at InnSight’s Springfield, Oregon Gateway Area headquarters.

In the next two years, InnSight plans to open and operate at least 5 new hotels throughout the Pacific Northwest in addition to the 11 properties it currently operates. The new properties are Hyatt Place Eugene, OR, Hampton Inn & Suites Hood River, OR, Holiday Inn Express Hermiston, OR, Fairfield Inn & Suites DuPont, WA, and Hampton Inn & Suites Roseburg, OR.

Holly Stanley has been selected as vice president of operations and is responsible for the development and implementation of the sales and marketing efforts for InnSight hotels. Stanley was previously InnSight’s director of operations. She will be responsible for the management and direction of property general managers, creation and implantation of both franchisor and InnSight mandated training programs and assistance with sales and marketing efforts. As well as overseeing the human resources department. She brings over 20 years of experience in the lodging industry to the job and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She was the recipient of Residence Inn by Marriott’s Jim Conley Award in 2007 and was a 20 under 40 winner in 2014. She currently serves on various advisory committees including the Lane Community College Hospitality Program Advisory Committee.

Liz Dahlager has been selected as vice president of sales and marketing and is responsible for the development and implementation of the sales and marketing efforts for InnSight hotels. Dahlager was previously InnSight’s area director of sales for the Eugene/Springfield area. She will manage and direct the sales staff, digital services, and revenue management.   She provides ongoing support to hotels through top line revenue analysis, strategic marketing plans, task force sales, and sales training. Dahlager has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing. She graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She was recognized by Marriott International with a Global Leadership Award in 2011. She is very active Rotarian serving as Youth Services Chair 2013-2015, past Springfield Rotary Executive Board Member and Rotary Youth Leadership Academy 2015 selection committee.
