Leading our culinary team is Executive Chef Michael Felsenstein, who’s been at the LCC since its opening in 2005 and has worked in 4-star hotels and restaurants all over the country.

Snohomish County's Zero Waste goal is to divert 100% of waste generated from ever reaching the landfill through increased recycling, composting, and waste reduction by 2025.
