Located just 30 minutes from Seattle, Treehouse Point Private Event Center & Overnight Retreat is a great place to host your event. The venue is home to seven rentable treehouses, a central lodge, and a multipurpose event space, The Pond Room. The maximum capacity is 80 for events, and it can host 20 guests overnight. All indoor spaces are heated, and complimentary Wi-Fi, bedding, and bath products are provided. Each morning, Treehouse Point’s talented chefs prepare delicious, healthy breakfasts in the lodge for guests to enjoy.

The Pond Room is an excellent meeting space for corporate events as it is situated along the water’s edge and borders the surrounding forest. The room has a digital projector and screen, an audiovisual system, and air conditioning. When groups gather here, they’re able to work in a space different from their typical working environment, allowing creativity and inspiration to flow. Bree Monahan, Treehouse Point’s general manager, expressed how clients are often taken aback by their team’s productivity in just a few hours. “When going about our daily routines, we often fill our minds with things that prevent the clarity that leads to maximum productivity. So, being immersed in nature at Treehouse can be extremely valuable.”

Providing a gateway to live entertainment in eastern Idaho, the Mountain America Center in Idaho Falls will soon be home to concerts, comedians, rodeos, and everything in between. Construction of the center began May 2021, and it is slated to open on Nov. 28.

“This will be a true hub for numerous headlining concerts and entertainers,” says Kelsey Salsbery, the director of marketing at Mountain America Center. “[It] will also serve as a community facility in which graduations, corporate events, conferences, and fundraisers can also be hosted.”

You won’t find another event venue like Emerald City Trapeze Arts in Seattle. Emerald City sits in the south of downtown (SoDo district) and houses some 20,000 square feet of flexible and visually dazzling space. With a rustic, almost industrial feel, the unique post-and-beam interior is a stunning setting for conferences or corporate parties. In addition to the two ground spaces, clients are captivated by the rough-hewn wood of the mezzanine balcony overlooking the main floor and the spacious 600-square-foot performance stage.

The 16-story, 265-room Astra Hotel Seattle, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property, opened in the city’s South Lake Union neighborhood on July 10. With 5,000 square feet of event space—including the rooftop ALTITUDE Sky Lounge and the veggie-forward Otium Grill & Greens on the lobby level—the Astra can accommodate groups up to 200 seated and even more theater-style. Both the rooftop bar and Otium are available for buyouts.
