Warm up on a chilly Northwest afternoon with this delicious concoction from Hotel Murano in Tacoma, Washington.

INGREDIENTS
—2 oz. house-infused chai vodka
—.5 oz. Cointreau
—2 oz. house sour mix of simple syrup and freshly squeezed orange, lemon and lime juices
—orange peel

DIRECTIONS
» To make the house sour mix, combine equal parts simple syrup, lemon and lime juices and half part orange juice.
» To make the sidecar, shake ingredients and strain into a martini glass with sugared rim. Garnish with orange peel. Enjoy!
