Named for Three Sisters’ south mountain, this drink by Sunriver Resort makes us feel downright charitable.

INGREDIENTS
—2 cucumber slices
—1 grapefruit slice
—1 sugar cube
—1.5 oz. Hendrick’s gin
—4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
—2 oz. soda water

DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle the cucumber slices, grapefruit slice, sugar cube and a splash of soda in a pint glass. 
2. Fill with ice.
3. Add the gin and grapefruit juice. 
4. Shake well and pour into a collins glass. 
5. Top with the soda water, garnish with an additional cucumber slice and a hibiscus flower.

It’s no secret that association membership has been in a steady decline for more than a decade.
