New Hotel Opens in Belltown Neighborhood
Ideal for events ranging from birthday dinners to corporate meetings, Spinasse’s newly acquired and renovated room with a private entrance sits on Pine Street in Seattle, adjacent to the restaurant’s main entryway on 14th Ave. The intimate and charming private dining room can seat up to 40 people and offers special events throughout the year from cooking classes to winemaker lunches.
The new dining room’s kitchen is led by Spinasse’s veteran Chef de Cuisine David White. Guests can choose from an array of dining options, including Menu Degustazione, a sampling of Spinasse’s full menu served family style; a specially crafted Chef’s Table featuring a coursed menu and specially prepared appetizers; award-winning Piedmontese dishes; and more.
Stuart Lane, Spinasse’s executive chef, is thrilled about the expansion and the flexibility it affords.
“We’ve had to say no to guests for years who have wanted to host large parties and groups at Spinasse,” says Lane. “Because of our small kitchen and limited dining space, eight people have been the maximum party size we could accommodate. Now we can say yes to all those requests and provide a full range of capabilities.”
