Visit Seattle has partnered with Experient to provide their event housing services.

“Experient is well respected in the industry and shares the same values and commitment to excellent customer service as our organization,” says Katy Willis, director of convention services, Visit Seattle. “This partnership will allow us to be even more laser focused on finding new and creative ways to differentiate Visit Seattle and the incredible services we offer.”

This partnership will give Visit Seattle the ability to provide housing options and extraordinary service to groups holding meetings and events in the city.

“We’re excited to put our company’s unmatched customer service, event technologies, experience and passion to work for Visit Seattle’s clients,” says Michael Guerriero, Experient’s division president. “We look forward to a long, valuable partnership helping them continue to bring new events and attendees to such an amazing city.”

Ideal for events ranging from birthday dinners to corporate meetings, Spinasse’s newly acquired and renovated room with a private entrance sits on Pine Street in Seattle, adjacent to the restaurant’s main entryway on 14th Ave. The intimate and charming private dining room can seat up to 40 people and offers special events throughout the year from cooking classes to winemaker lunches.

Fairmont Chateau Whistler, which Condé Nast Traveler named “best resort in Canada” in its 2021 Reader’s Choice Awards, doesn’t rest on its laurels. The property, with 32,000 square feet of meeting and event space and the capacity to host a conference for 1,500, has news of upgrades and new amenities to share with meeting planners.

How are we doing? Pretty good. That was the bottom-line assessment that was shared with the nearly 600 tourism and professionals who attended Visit Seattle’s Annual Outlook Meeting at the Westin Seattle on March 31.
